We know it can be easy to miss, but credits and promo codes must be entered at the time of registration. Once payment is complete, we are not able to apply a code retroactively or issue a refund for a missed discount.
A few important things to keep in mind:
Expiration Date – Codes may have expiration dates.
Restrictions – Some codes apply only to certain programs, cities, or seasons.
Ineligible Codes – Expired codes, prior year or past season codes, or codes that do not match your registration cannot/will not be honored.
If you have a current valid code, you can absolutely use it on a future registration as long as it still meets the terms.
