I Forgot to Use My Credit or Promo Code When Registering - Can It Be Applied Now?

We know it can be easy to miss, but credits and promo codes must be entered at the time of registration. Once payment is complete, we are not able to apply a code retroactively or issue a refund for a missed discount.


A few important things to keep in mind:

  • Expiration Date – Codes may have expiration dates.

  • Restrictions – Some codes apply only to certain programs, cities, or seasons.

  • Ineligible Codes – Expired codes, prior year or past season codes, or codes that do not match your registration cannot/will not be honored.

If you have a current valid code, you can absolutely use it on a future registration as long as it still meets the terms.
