When you sign up for Volo Pass, all memberships include a three-month initial commitment. To cancel, members must complete an exit survey, after which a customer service representative will process the cancellation within 72 hours.
If you have completed your three-month commitment, your membership will remain active through your renewal date. If you cancel before completing the minimum, you will be billed for the remaining months and your cancellation date will be set accordingly.
Examples:
If you sign up on August 3, you can cancel at any point after your commitment, and your membership will remain active through the third of 3.
If you sign up on August 3 and cancel on September 1 (before completing the three months), you will still be billed through November 3, and your membership will remain active until that date.
What to Expect After Canceling
Your membership benefits will remain active through your renewal date. No additional charges will occur beyond your commitment period, and you can rejoin Volo Pass anytime in the future.

Every adult league also supports free youth programs through the Volo Kids Foundation, creating more access and opportunity for the next generation.
