When you sign up for Volo Pass, all memberships include a three-month initial commitment.
To cancel, click the ‘Membership’ button under profile, ‘Manage Membership’, then select the End Membership button and follow subsequent prompts.
If you have completed your three-month commitment, your membership will remain active through your renewal date. If you cancel before completing the minimum, you will be billed for the remaining months and your cancellation date will be set accordingly.
Examples:
If you sign up on August 3rd, you can cancel at any point after your commitment, and your membership will remain active through the third of September.
If you sign up on August 3rd and cancel on September 1st (before completing the three months), you will still be billed through November 3rd, and your membership will remain active until that date.
Volo Pass Refund Policy
Volo Pass subscriptions are non-refundable, even if membership benefits are not used.
Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Once canceled, your membership will remain active through the end of the current billing period, which is the date your next monthly payment would have been due.
Annual subscriptions cannot be prorated if canceled before the end of the membership period.
If you have not used any membership benefits and request cancellation within one week of starting or renewing your membership, you may be eligible for a full refund.
Members may also pause their membership for up to 3 months within a 12 month period, with a maximum of 2 consecutive months paused, by contacting the National Volo Pass Team (volopass@volosports.com).
What to Expect After Canceling
Your membership benefits will remain active through your renewal date. No additional charges will occur beyond your commitment period, and you can rejoin Volo Pass anytime in the future.
