Yes. You must check in at every program you attend. You can check-in with your field host or use self check-in through the app and show on site staff your green check mark. You will see a confirmation once your check-in is complete. This process helps us track attendance and determine no shows.
If you are signed up for multiple programs in the same night, you must check-in to each one separately since every program has its own QR code.
If your host forgets to scan you, please give them a reminder. It is the player’s responsibility to make sure they are properly checked-in. Missing a check in will result in a strike for that session, so please check-in!
If you’ve been successfully checked-in, you should see a confirmation in the app where the prompt to check in used to be.
