Why Do I Need to Withdraw If I Cannot Attend?

When you register, your spot is reserved just for you. Letting us know ahead of time if you cannot attend helps ensure everyone has the best possible experience.

If a spot goes unused, another player may miss the chance to join and it can leave too few people for the program to run as intended. Withdrawing early allows that spot to open up for someone else and helps keep games full, balanced, and fun.

You can withdraw from a program up to six hours before the start time to avoid a late cancellation.

Canceling within that window helps support your fellow players and keeps everything running smoothly for the community.
