We’re excited for you to jump back in and use your credit toward another program!
Credits can be applied to programs (leagues or daily play) but cannot be used for a Volo Pass membership.
1. Log in to your account and select a league or event.
2. Select from the following options:
Register individually
Start a group
Join a group
Pre-paid teams
3. Follow all the prompts to register. On the Review & Pay screen, either:
Click the checkbox to apply all of your credits (up to the amount owed).
Click "Redeem partial credits," enter an amount, and click "Apply" to apply a custom amount of your credits.
Please note: Volo is proud to bring people together through play in cities across the country. Each city has its own dedicated team focused on creating and executing amazing experiences to help build lasting connections throughout our communities. Every adult league also supports free youth programs through the Volo Kids Foundation, creating more access and opportunity for the next generation.
